Brentwood Eels Rugby League Club, a proud community organization supporting Men’s,
Ladies’, Wheelchair, Youth, and Primary teams, is looking for a strategic and
experienced Non-Executive Director (NED) - Finance to join our Board of Directors. This
is a unique opportunity to influence the financial direction of our club while promoting
excellence in rugby under the guidance of the Rugby Football League (RFL).

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic financial oversight and guidance to the Board and management
team.
• Review and approve budgets, financial statements, and forecasts to ensure the
club's financial health.
• Advise on fundraising strategies, sponsorship opportunities, and revenue
generation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in a financial leadership role, preferably as a Non-Executive
Director or in a similar capacity.
• Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage with
diverse stakeholders.
